Lance has done several projects for our Breckenridge house in the past years. He did a total remodel of our home after we purchased it. This includes the kitchen, counters, cabinets and flooring. He remodeled 5 bathrooms after a total gutting of each. He tiled all showers with amazing results, put in new mirrors, cabinets and fixtures. He rebuilt a pantry, did painting and put all new tile floors in the house. His tile work is beautiful. He added stone to the front of the house, creating a much needed upgrade, He built a new front addition to the roof that kept the snow off the front porch and added curb appeal. Lance built a great fence around our backyard to contain our dogs. His work is solid craftsmanship with exceptional results. He has worked with us on many projects through the past 12 years. Lance has been our property manager for 15 years. We cannot recommend him highly enough. His responsibilities include providing year-round total maintenance and repair on our two story vacation home. In addition, he performed substantial remodeling projects such as designing and supervising the installation of our gas fire pit, adding on a beautiful deck and coordinating and supervising a full landscape upgrade. His landscaping duties have included the addition of decorative boulders, tree removal, flower bed additions etc. He looks after our yard and provides continual pest control. He also handles snow removal. if he does not know how to fix a problem he is well versed in finding other workmen who do. Being from Texas we had no idea of the unique issues facing a mountain home. Lance basically does it all. Above and beyond handling routine maintenance, he anticipates problems with the home and keeps us informed. He is basically a one man team who takes care of our house in Breckenridge better than we take care of our home in Austin. We love his honesty, positive attitude, extreme punctuality and his sincere caring for our house. I recently installed a RING security camera in our house. And every Friday afternoon, I see Lance come in and smile at the camera then do his weekly look over of the house. He is a working machine!!
